What we list
The scouting table shows non-callable brokered certificates of deposit offered through participating providers. Every listing carries a stated maturity date, APY, minimum deposit, interest-payment schedule and the date its details were last verified.
Where the data comes from
Option details come directly from participating providers or from documentation they supply. CD Rate Scout does not set rates, and we do not publish figures we cannot tie back to a provider source.
How listings are checked
Before an option appears, we confirm the term, maturity date, APY, minimum deposit and payment schedule against the provider’s information, and we record the verification date on the listing. Providers may change or withdraw options at any time, so a listing can become outdated between checks — the provider’s own disclosures always control.
Why bank names are hidden
Issuing bank names are revealed after you complete an inquiry, when a participating provider confirms the specific institution and final terms with you directly. This keeps the scouting table focused on terms and timing rather than brand recognition.
What we do not do
We do not survey the entire market, and the table is not a complete list of available CDs. Compensation from participating providers may affect which options appear and their order — see how we make money.
Corrections
Spot something that looks wrong? Write to support@cdratescout.com with the listing details and we will review it against the provider’s current information.
